Terms and Conditions (T&C)

Article 1 – Scope and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the TTCP Conference mobile application and related services (the “App”), provided through GoodBarber, as well as any associated websites, including
https://ttcpconference1.goodbarber.app (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C without reservation.

We reserve the right to modify or update these T&C at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication within the App or on the website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you are a minor, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not use the Services.

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose, and you must not attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Services.

Article 2 – Content and Intellectual Property

Content available through the Services is provided for informational and educational purposes and may require registration or login credentials to access certain sections.

All content made available through the Services — including text, images, graphics, videos, audio, logos, designs, and branding — is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, translate, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without prior written permission.

You may not copy or attempt to replicate the App, its structure, visual identity, branding, or functionality.

Article 3 – Accuracy and Warranties

The Services and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that content is complete, error-free, or up to date.

Use of the Services and reliance on any content is at your own risk.

Article 4 – User-Generated Content and Conduct

If the Services allow users to submit, post, or upload content (including comments, messages, or other materials), you represent that you have all necessary rights to do so.

You agree not to submit or share content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, transmit malicious software, or engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content or restrict access to the Services if these rules are violated, without prior notice.

Article 5 – Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for technical issues, service interruptions, network failures, unauthorized access, or third-party actions beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Services.

Article 6 – Third-Party Links

The Services may include links to third-party websites or services not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

Accessing third-party links is done at your own risk. Please review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies.

Article 7 – Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Information provided through the Services is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or medical advice.

Article 8 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTCP, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your violation of these T&C or misuse of the Services.

Article 9 – Severability

If any provision of these T&C is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 10 – Termination

These T&C remain effective unless terminated by you or by us.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, without prior notice.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these T&C shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts located in Minnesota.
