Lacy Armstrong (Biinizi Ziibikwe – Clean River Woman) is an Anishinaabekwe from the Loon Clan, mother, ADC1, and White Earth Family Treatment Program Manager. Grounded in Anishinaabe teachings, values, and protocols, she provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive care that integrates traditional Indigenous knowledge with evidence-based recovery and wellness practices. Lacy is dedicated to prevention work, strengthening families, reclaiming Indigenous lifeways, and promoting holistic healing within Native communities. She is an alumna of the Indigenous Parent Leadership Initiative, serves on the Mahnomen Tribal Community Council, and is a Community Advisory Board Member for the Strength and Healing Project.
