Trauma, Healing and Returning to Ourselves: The Journey Toward Individual and Collective Thriving

Susan Beaulieu

Workshop/Interactive Session

This session explores the many faces of trauma—historical and ancestral wounds, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), toxic stress, and the impacts of prolonged exposure to fear and instability. We’ll examine how trauma compounds across generations and throughout the lifespan, shaping the mind, body, heart, and spirit in interconnected ways. As well as reflect on pathways to regain a lived, felt sense of connection to ourselves and to one another, with hands-on practices woven throughout to support remembering, integration, and a shift towards thriving.
